Maloni brings a distinguished track record across aseptic services management, EU GMP compliance, MHRA inspection readiness, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
Her extensive leadership background, spanning roles such as Deputy Chief Pharmacist and Aseptic Services Manager has equipped her with deep insight into the operational, regulatory, and strategic challenges faced by NHS pharmacy teams.
Throughout her NHS career, Maloni has led major service transformations, managed licensed and unlicensed aseptic units, delivered successful remediation programmes, and overseen the implementation of modernised production facilities.
She has been named on MHRA licences for Quality Control, managed significant capital equipment programmes, and delivered national level training in GMP, quality management systems, and aseptic assurance.
Her recognised expertise spans sterile manufacturing, quality governance, ATMPs, radiopharmaceuticals, SOP development, and gap analysis. She is also known for designing and delivering high impact training to multidisciplinary teams, strengthening organisational capability across both NHS and industry settings.

• Independent quality oversight and audit services, identifying risk, strengthening governance, and improving operational resilience.
• Specialist training for NHS pharmacists, technicians, and aseptic staff, embedding consistent, high quality manufacturing and QA standards.
• Support across sterile manufacturing, quality systems optimisation, and technical services leadership, helping organisations deliver safe, effective, and sustainable services.
• Contribute to EPiC’s Training Programme, related to GMP of aseptic medicines.
