Lyndall Brennan is a seasoned pharmaceutical quality expert with over 20 years of experience. Her goal is to make a positive difference to patient’s lives by developing strategies that deliver improvements in the quality systems and processes that are integral to medicinal product supply. Lyndall’s capacity to evaluate complex situations and motivate and influence people toward a common vision has been pivotal to the success of this goal. Underpinning this is her focus on developing a strong cross cultural leadership capability which has allowed her to consistently execute at a high level.
Lyndall has worked both in Europe and Australia in a range of quality assurance areas. In these roles, she has gained an in-depth working knowledge of all aspects of pharmaceutical quality management systems and has successfully led teams to build quality capability and instil a positive quality culture. Previous to this, she worked for over 5 years in medical research, working with and leading teams to drive progress in areas of patient need, including oncology and virology.
Over the last 6 years, Lyndall has worked as a GMP Inspector at the Therapeutic Goods Administration. During this time, she developed a profound understanding of the Australian regulatory environment and its practical application. As a member of PIC/S international working groups, she collaborated on the development of global regulations, including Annex 1 and ICH Q9, and their associated training programs.
As an EPiC consultant, Lyndall is able to leverage her deep expertise in pharmaceutical quality systems and regulatory intelligence and provide strategic guidance to organizations seeking to enhance their compliance, strengthen quality systems, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Her consulting approach is focussed on practical solutions tailored to industry challenges, ensuring sustainable and impactful outcomes for medicine manufacturers.
