Rebecca is a Senior Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Professional with extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams. During her tenure at the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, she played a pivotal role in developing the GCP, Pharmacovigilance and GLPMA Inspectorates into globally recognised and highly influential inspectorates.
She is known for her strong strategic thinking, which has enabled her to set clear direction and articulate compelling visions for the teams she has led. Rebecca is equally passionate about staff development and has consistently created meaningful career development opportunities across all her managerial roles, while also supporting a wide network of mentees.
Driven by a deep commitment to public health, she is proud to further this purpose through her involvement in ICH E6 (R3). She is highly passionate about quality and its critical role in the development of medicines to ensure that safe and effective products reach patients.
