Michelle Yeomans to Speak at the 8th Global QA Conference 2026

EPiC is delighted to announce that we will be attending the 8th Global QA Conference (GQAC) 2026, taking place from 4–6 November 2026 at Novotel London West, London, UK.
Held every three years in collaboration with the Research Quality Association (RQA), the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) and the Japanese Society of Quality Assurance (JSQA), the Global QA Conference is one of the most significant international events for quality assurance professionals working across the research, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and healthcare sectors.
This year’s programme brings together experts, inspectors and regulators from around the world to discuss the latest developments in clinical research, good clinical practice (GCP), good laboratory practice (GLP), pharmacovigilance, information technology and veterinary quality systems. Delegates will have the opportunity to hear directly from regulatory authorities including the MHRA, FDA, EMA, DKMA, PMDA, ANSES-ANMV and the Veterinary Medicines Directorate (VMD), making it a unique forum for global regulatory insight and professional networking.
Managing Outsourced Activities – How to Build Partnerships and Avoid Misunderstandings
We are particularly proud that Michelle Yeomans, EPiC Operations Manager, has been selected to present at this important event alongside Anjo den Decker, RQAP-GCP.
Their joint session, “Managing Outsourced Activities – How to Build Partnerships and Avoid Misunderstandings”, will take place at 9:00am on Friday 6 November and will explore practical approaches to selecting, managing and evaluating service providers throughout the lifecycle of a clinical trial.
The presentation will focus on implementing effective quality system processes, developing strong working partnerships, and avoiding misunderstandings that could adversely affect trial participants, data integrity and GCP compliance. Attendees will gain practical insights into what a robust service provider management system looks like in practice and how organisations can strengthen oversight of outsourced activities.
As outsourcing continues to play an increasingly important role in the clinical research environment, effective supplier and vendor management remains a critical component of quality and compliance. This session will provide valuable guidance for sponsors, CROs, quality professionals and clinical research teams looking to enhance their oversight processes and build successful collaborative relationships.
The Global QA Conference is expected to attract quality professionals from across the globe, and with registrations already approaching venue capacity, it promises to be an exceptional opportunity to learn, network and share best practice with industry peers.
We look forward to connecting with colleagues, clients and industry professionals at this landmark event and hope to see many familiar faces in London this November.
